Common questions

Every OpenCart theme serves its static assets from a catalog/view/theme/<theme-name>/ path. We scan the page's stylesheet and script tags for that path and extract the theme folder name.
Some themes are packaged as self-contained extensions instead, serving assets from extension/<theme-name>/catalog/view/. We check for that pattern automatically when the standard path isn't found.
Theme folders are usually named with a vendor prefix, like so-entry or mx-nalla. We drop that prefix and title-case the rest, so so-entry becomes Entry and mx-nalla becomes Nalla.
Yes. A stock storefront serves its assets from catalog/view/theme/default/, which we report as the Default theme rather than guessing at a commercial one.
Yes. We only read publicly available information — the same asset URLs any browser loads when visiting the store. We never attempt to access the admin panel or exploit any vulnerability.
